Mr. Charles S. Mombo, President & Chairman of the Board.
Prior to the founding of Burnedbrass Technologies, Inc. Charles worked at Böwe Bell & Howell as a Software Quality Engineer for six and the half years. Before joining Böwe Bell & Howell, he worked with Computer Associates, Inc. for seven years as a Technical Support Analyst with the ACF2/MVS mainframe security product line. Charles has an assorted background in Operating Systems such as UNIX, Linux Red Hat 7.2/8.0/9.0, MVS, Windows, MVS/XA, and MVS/ESA. He is an Adjunct Professor teaching Computer Science and Business at Malcolm X College in Chicago. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Chicago State University, a Master of Science degree in Management Information Systems (MSMIS), and a Master degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Governors State University, University Park, Illinois. As President & Chairman of the Board, Charles will champion the translation of his and the team visions into a sustainable growth marketing strategy by working closely with the Vice-President for Administrative Services, Vice-President of Marketing, and the Vice-President and Chief Technology Officer (CTO).

Mr. Germame Hailemariam is a versatile and outstanding network specialist with several years of functioning networking and consulting experiences. He currently works with Böwe Bell & Howell as a Software Test Engineer. He has been with Böwe Bell & Howell since 2000. Prior to that, he worked as a Network Administrator, ATS, Inc. He also worked as a Network Specialist Consultant at Motorola, Chicago Tribune, Chicago Mercantile Exchange, Sanwa Financial, and USLIFE Insurance from 1994 - 1999. Germame obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science with Minor in Business Administration from De Paul University in 1992. He also holds professional certificates in MCP, MCSE, and an A+ from Microsoft. Germame’s impeccable networking and consulting background will be a definite asset to Burnedbrass Technologies.

Mr. Gary L. Jackson is a multi-talented and seasoned executive with over 20 years of high technology insight. His educational credentials consist of a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Roosevelt University, Chicago, Illinois and a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Southern University, Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Mr. Jackson has a diverse background in development, deployment and marketing of technology solutions and services. His expertise includes professional services, telecommunications (electronic switching and automated call distribution systems), wireless data communications (wireless PDAs, wireless e-mail software packages, IP connectivity and WLAN), GSM / CDMA cellular systems, healthcare solutions, office automation productivity tools, commercial insurance solutions, and electro-mechanical systems (imaging systems and postal automation). Mr. Jackson obtained his career experience from established firms such as Motorola, Bell & Howell, Rockwell, Seimens, AT&T Bell Laboratories (now Lucent Technologies) and Raytheon Company. Through a result-oriented approach, his track record of accomplishments has been demonstrated via senior positions in management, marketing, business development and software development. As a board member, he will apply his extensive skills by promoting effective solutions with efficient productivity gains while building mutually beneficial and lasting relationships with Burnedbrass Technologies, Inc.
