Ms. Chauntai P. Mack is a seasoned professional with a broad technical and leadership background that spans over 20 years. Her educational background consists of a Master of Science degree in Management and Organizational Behavior from Illinois Benedictine University in Lisle, IL and a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Northern Illinois University in Dekalb, IL. Ms. Mack’s professional experiences include managing a team that provided Security Administration for various Fortune 500 companies, Systems Engineering, Technical Training, Information Security Consulting, Programming, delivering technical and executive level presentations and more. Currently, through a facilitated process, she assists cross-functional business and technology organizations identify and define critical business problems and potential strategic and tactical solutions. She also assists organizations in gathering business requirements, setting vision and building project scope. Ms. Mack obtained her career skills from noted corporate and consulting companies such as Allstate Insurance Company, Eberhardt Klemens Company, Computer Associates, Inc., Northern Trust Bank, and Information Resources, Inc.

Mr. Salvador Mendoza is Vice President of Diversity for Hyatt Hotels Corporation. In his position, Mendoza oversees Hyatt's Diversity efforts in recruitment, development and retention of women and minorities, community relations and training. Salvador is also responsible for managing Hyatt's ongoing partnerships with the following organizations: National Society of Minorities in Hospitality (NSMH), the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP), the National Council of La Raza (NCLR), the Organization of Chinese Americans (OCA), the Hospitality Business Alliance (HBA), the Historically and Predominately Black Colleges and Universities (HPBCU), Project Equality and the Multicultural Foodservice & Hospitality Alliance (MFHA). Mendoza has a Bachelor of Science degree from Chicago State University, Chicago, Illinois and received his Masters degree from Governors State University. Active in industry affairs, Mendoza is on MFHA's Executive Board, on Project Equality's Board of Directors, Co-Chair of the American Hotel and Motel Association Diversity Committee, on NSMH's Advisory Board, on HBA's Industry Advisory Council, and member of the Professionals for Latino Recruitment in Higher Education and the American Foundation Scholarship Committee.

Mr. Gabriel S. Minikon Jr. is the President and Founder of Gabrosa Accounting Services. Gabrosa is a highly professional and affordable accounting and tax service, specializing in accounting and taxation for individuals, and small - medium sized businesses. Mr. Minikon has several years of professional experience in both public accounting and the industry, with reputable firms and corporations. Gabriel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing, from the University of Illinois at Chicago, Chicago, Illinois, a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Master of Science degree in Information Systems from Roosevelt University, Chicago, Illinois. He is also a Ph.D. candidate in Business Administration in Accounting, at Argosy University, Illinois and a Certified Public Accountant, candidate. Technologies, Inc.
