Mr. Jeffery Perkins is a dedicated professional with experiences in management, sales, and information technology. For the last seven years he has worked in a variety of management positions at United Parcel Service. He has worked in Operations Management, Business Development and is currently working in Information Technology where he is a Technology Support Group supervisor overseeing support for over 1000 end users in a variety of custom hardware and software applications. Prior to his tenure at UPS, he was a sales representative for Rydin Decal. His educational background includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Chicago State University, Chicago, Illinois, a Master of Science degree in Management Information Systems (MSMIS) and a Master degree in Business Administration (MBA) both from Governors State University, University Park, Illinois.

Dr. Frank T. Scruggs has a Ph.D. in Conflict Analysis and Resolution at Nova Southeastern University, Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Frank has taught political science, public policy and social science methods as an adjunct professor at Harold Washington College and Roosevelt University in Chicago. He holds a Master of Arts degree in Political Studies. His research interests are National Security, Corporate/Workplace Violence Prevention, International Conflict Resolution, Cross-cultural Communications and Race Relations. As a researcher and writer he has also served in the past as project leader over a diverse range of development and launched programs for providers of transportation, communication and office/mail automation products and services. He has created edited and updated training material, system guides, policy and procedure manuals and proposals to customers (internal and external) and strategic alliance partners.
